Courtyard Pool
Brookwood Place residents enjoy a beautiful pool with chaise lounges and umbrella tables with chairs in a garden courtyard setting. The pool is open for use April through October, 6 am through 11 pm. The pool may be reserved for private gatherings from 7 pm to 11 pm. Private pool parties are limited to 30 people and must be approved by the board.
