Effective January 1, 2010, the new payment address for all Brookwood Place unit owners is as follows:

Please note your unit number on all payments.
If you are using online bill-payment through your banking institution, you should enter the above address as the remittance address.
If you would prefer to utilize online payment options, including credit card or e-check payments, please visit www.cabanc.com and follow the prompts. The Management Company ID is 0510 and the Community ID is 0102. Your account number will be your unit number. Please note: Community Association Banc charges a convenience fee for credit card payments.
If you would like to authorize the Association to automatically draft dues payments each month, please go to the Documents section of this website and select "ACH Authorization Form", print the document and follow the instructions.
